Qualifications:

All inspections are completed by me, Joseph B. Smith Jr., with over 25 years of experience in construction, private contracting, and certified licensed HVAC journeyman, who employs a personal commitment to quality assurance and pride in my work.

I am a retired, 20 year Air Force Veteran, trained as a nuclear facilities specialist in the inspection,  maintenance and repair of the facilities and associated structures with 1000's of inspections performed. Awarded a craftsman certification for HVAC, and two journeyman certifications in the Power Production, and Controls Systems, civil engineering trades from the Air Force.

I am universally certified by the EPA for refrigerants.

I am a licensed Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Journeyman in the state of Idaho.

I am a certified member of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI).  

I am a member in good standing of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI)

I have completed NACHI’s Code of Ethics Obstacle Course.

I have taken NACHI’s Standards of Practice Quiz.

I abide by NACHI’s Code of Ethics.

I follow NACHI’s Standard of Practice.

I fulfill 18 hours of continuing education every year.

I am available 7 days a week

I generate easy-to-read inspection reports.

I have no ties to third party influences.
