My business philosophy is simple. I inspect your home or business as if my family were going to live or work in it. I would want a thorough and detailed report outlining any problems with major components or systems of the home or business. You will be treated professionally, courteously and knowledgeably and the time will be taken to answer your questions, point out the problem areas and help you understand how these systems work.

Generally, the results will be given to you within 24 hours of completion, as a hyperlink sent to your email, and/or can be faxed and/or in print within 48 hours.

Sample Report

You, my client are entitled and encouraged to be with me during the inspection (as long as safety permits) and please ask me any questions you might have.

My inspections include color photos of deficiencies noted and are included with the report.

I also provide a summary report so that you can see any deficiencies immediately without having to go through the entire report looking for a specific item.
